Quick and Easy Chicken Salad Recipe

quick and easy chicken salad recipe
I can't remember the last I posted a recipe here on my blog so here's one for all of you! For my recipes and DIY's, I only want to share something easy, quick and functional so this recipe is something that you can easily follow. I'm also trying to change my lifestyle bit by bit now, so what I'm sharing in this post isn't only easy to follow but also healthy.

My mother loves salad so much especially the one that has macaroni. I, on the other hand despise macaroni, so when she asked me to make her a salad, instead of using macaroni, I choose more vegetables that we both love.

I don't have the luxury of time while I'm writing this post so I'd stop talking about me and my mom and let's start this recipe with the ingredients that you will need.

For this chicken salad recipe, you will need the following:

Thank you for your comment on my last post. I do agree...and I think it is hard for a writer to find the right words and format for the story that exists in his or her head.

  4. I would add pineapple to this as it is my fave fruit in a salad. My most adored salad is the Waldorf what with its apples and pineapples plus walnuts, yum! Now I am hungry, time to have some dinner. Lovely recipe and will try since I dont really cook. I have a personal cook, ha,ha,ha!

    1. This sounds crazy Sir, but I am never a fan of pineapples. Ewan ko, becuase of it's mala-strings na texture? You know when they stuck on your teeth? hahaa althought I am very much aware of it's nutritional value, I am still not a fan of pineaples. Apples na lang!and about walnuts, they sound really cool but they are xpensive! at least for a poor girl like me! lelz
Thanks Sir! at swerte mo lang may personal cook ka! sana meron din ako! ahahha
