Darling, how can I say the words 'I love you too'?
Will the numbers 1433 enough?
Or will phrases like 'infinity and beyond'
enough to satisfy your 'forever'?
Darling, with all my heart I will gladly
wear the necklace of songs you've given me.
I will wear it on my lips when I smile
I will wear it on my eyes to see the world differently
I will wear it like my underwear
hidden, secured and always within me.
Darling, I will not listen to the old songs
and stories of love alone
but together we shall write and sing ours'.
Darling, unlike I you,I will not stare on and on into the past
but look into the future with you.
In every journey I'll take
you will not dress like a pole star
you won't be like other millions of pole stars
you will be my pole star
and I will do everything to keep your lights on.
Darling, I will not love you forever
because even a universe of forever
will never be enough for me to do so.
