Fashionable Way to Achieve an Hourglass Figure

Hello ladies! First off, I want to greet you a Happy New Year! Despite 2020 being a challenging year, we are alive and that's so much to thank for already. The pandemic really hit us off in so many ways and on so many levels. However, I know that the year also gave us something that calls for celebration and it's a great way for us to be thankful of what we have.

With the celebrations in mind and also to welcome the new year, most of us find ourselves looking into fitness and health resolutions. Getting the sexy summer body back as what most would say after enjoying the meals brought by the holiday season! It's actually one of my resolutions - being healthy per se as your girl is now 27 and in due time would approach the 30s.

For fashion-forward ladies though, something that would flaunt their gorgeous waist in simple ways would be awesome especially when one is off to go to a formal event. Here are some simple ways that I've found out that would help one achieve an hourglass figure look or a decent curve.

Waist training goes back to the 16th century mainly as part of the ladies' wardrobe especially those who are belonging to the high society check out the beautiful women of Bridgerton! These days though, especially with the power of social media, many are purchasing some of the best waist trainers for weight loss in the market. Doing it for the gram or not, it's a woman's personal choice. Remember how every lady almost went gaga looking at Kim Kardashian's jaw-dropping ensemble wearing the Terry Mugler dress? I mean, it really flooded my group chats with my girlfriends.

For those who are not into waist training, a waist trainer is an undergarment made up of thick fabric and hard metal boning. It’s intended to be worn much more tightly than a girdle or shaping underwear to give you a sleeker, smaller waist.

Many claims said that it can be a health-hazard, but the truth is that when used carefully, they are no more dangerous than a fashionable tool for accentuating a feminine figure.

Aside from waist trainers, another waist-defining garment that I've found is shaper short or shaper panties as others would call it. Some ladies prefer shaper shorts and panties because they are easier to be worn and for others, more comfortable. These type of garments comes with a highly valuable and sophisticated regular fit which is neither too short nor too long but has ease of wearing for most people who are interested in this type of wearing. The high waist tummy control panties are also proven to be ideal for numerous purposes. I've read that because of its breathable quality, you can wear the undergarment even while you are working out! They are also ideal for casual purposes so you'll get to do any of your work done without feeling uncomfortable and yes, with a more hourglass figure!

We all have parts or areas of our body which we wish or hope to accentuate. I mean that's pretty normal regardless if you are a working-class gal or an A-list celebrity. Some would find their tummy as a "problem area" others their arms but if it's your butt or your thigh that you would like to spice up,  butt lifter thigh trimmer could be your best friend!

Now, what exactly are those? those two are also a type of fashion undergarment which seeks to help the wearer reduce the size & appearance of your thighs and lift one's butt! It's an amazing way to create an illusion of having a tighter curve sans the surgery! It can also be worn on many occasions in a comfortable manner. It works with its heat retention that will help tone and firm your thighs. Some otf them will also help in shedding your excess water weight or the appearance of cellulite! Just be sure to find something that is comfortable, stretchy, soft, and lightweight.

Have you tried any of these fashion undergarments? What do you think of them? Let me know in the comments section below.

love lots,
