Poetic Isolation

Hey guys! You know how technology does good when it opened your mind to fresh and new discoveries. Last month, I discovered a new wondrous fashion platform.

Cross The Line launched last August. They promote Asian up-and-coming fashion designers. As what I found out from their site, they have 11 designers (6 from Hong Kong; 5 from Taiwan). That is something very good to know because they recognize new talent and creations for the fashion world. Who knows young and brilliant Filipino designers will join them too?

Cross the line also share fashion inspiration and stories every month and feature up-and-coming fashion designers together with their creations. A really wonderful opportunity for designers! It is also a good thing not to bore their readers and site visitors. Don't you just love it when you know you have something good to look into? That's probably what Cross The Line is thinking when they came up with the idea.

For the month of October, Cross The Line's inspiration is two of the most fashionable colors- the classic Black and White! Who doesn't love these colors? Even the icon Audrey Hepburn does!

Here are some of the brilliant pieces from their designers. How excited I am to share this to you. You don't have to imagine wearing unique designer clothes because Cross The Line prepared everything for you.

This irregular mini skirt from Fu Yue is so dope. This is absolutely original and unique. I haven't seen anything like this before. Cross The Line has a really talented designer in them.

Somehow the simplicity in this cotton and fiber top (also from Fu Yue) really gets me! This is the epitome of the saying "simplicity is beauty". Just by looking at this top made me think of 10,000 ways how to accessorize.

Sketcharound's Micon print unisex tee is so cool. I love the cleanliness and the creativity combined in this piece.

This cream canvas hand bag is beyond amazing! I really,really, want this!

And yes, as I've mentioned, they have different inspiration every month. Here are some pieces from their fresh September collection. These items are from the Plate Movement collection.

PLATE MOVEMENT

Plate Movement was founded in 2014 by a Taiwan designer, Juan Chao Min.

The designer believes that people can change the world by what they wear, just like plate tectonic movement. What you wear represents the second body language, and we can change the world by communication.

These green and fresh looking pieces made me drool! That grass pouch is sooo I don't know, it's so hard to find for the best word to describe it. The only thing I know is I want it.

What can you say about their two collections guys? Impressed? Feel free to check their site for more unique fashion finds. I am looking forward for more collections from them. Hmmm..I wonder what could be their inspiration for the coming "Ber" months... Well, let's just wait.

I know I haven't posted something on my blog for like aeons of years.whatever.I'm just too busy participating in what they so called "school".lol. Been so busy making projects and stuffs for final requirements. I don't know what's with some of our teachers though. They tend to give us lists of "what to pass for finals" the week before our finals or on finals week.FCKINGSHIT* Had hard time doing all the things to be done with so little time. A cup of coffee and a bottle of PauDeArco is not enough to wash out all the numbness in my body and to keep me awake. I had very little time to sleep. I've been up 'til 3-4am for two weeks just to get everything done. One of my classmate even complained that she's becoming a hermit who locks herself in her room facing her computer all day not-giving-a-fck-what-happens-outside.Well, that's what she said,that's what I feel.I'm glad to have my mom and dad for their financial supports though (not to mention the realfckup arguments I had with them)*sorry for my not-so-good language :) Anyway, I know I shouldn't be complaining or shall I say I don't have the rights to do so since it is my choice to become a good student which is just another step for me to have a better future.gemalangLOL.*theperksofbeingnerd* I know deep inside me that the beauty is always in struggle (though I'm not so sure if my struggle is enough). Accomplishing something with effort will always make one feel better than having it easy all the way.

Now that the first semester is over and I'm done submitting all I have to submit, I don't know why but I still feel tired and shit*. I still can't fall asleep early. I still feel the numbness in my neck and shoulders. I feel tired but I don't want to fall asleep yet. I wanted to do something, something that I love to do (art related stuffs) ^.^ I don't know if I should feel happy that smestral break is about to begin or should I be sad. No classes means no allowance and no excuses to go out of our not-so-boring-but-boring-house.ellllllllll

Don't want to think about it though. Anyway, I'm looking forward for my plans with my friends hehehe.

Here's a black dress owned by my sister. It's actually just plain in black. I'm the one who added the pearls to make it look sophisticated since she's wearing the dress in a party with her fcking boyfriend :D hehehe

Here's a closer look of the dress. It's actually so cheap and so easy to made. You just need to have the right materials. We bought the dress in a night thriftshop by he way. You wouldn't believe me if I tell you how much it costs.
