Hello friends! today I have a quick and easy makeup tutorial for you. We all have our own ways to wear our everyday makeup so for a little spice, I'm trying to make a look inspired from Lorde's Royals music video.

Once you have all the materials needed, go over to the photos below and follow the three easy steps how to make your decor:

Pen Covers
Simply cover your pens with your favorite washi tapes and prettify your writing materials!
I also covered one of my favorite watercolor paintbrush for a little dose of inspiration. I also attached two washi tapes facing each other to create this cute tiny crown :3 makes me feel like a queen lol
Charger Decor
Have you ever experienced any trouble looking for your charger when it got mixed up with other wires? I did. So in order for me to find my charger easily, I attached some washi tapes on its side.
Makeup brush holder
Last but now the least, cover an old mayo bottle with some washi tapes after cleaning it. And there you go, your instant makeup brush holder! Isn't it cute? I love it so much and yes, I do place some of my makeup brushes on it :)

One of the things that girls overlooked every Valentines Day is their outfit. Most girls cry or panicked about choosing the right outfit for a special date. It is indeed a tasking thing to do especially if you are going into a date with special someone... (insert kilig feels here) Aside from the outfit, the makeup look is also very important. Soft and clean eye shadow look is always enough, but the choice of lip color is something crucial. It is because your lip color, just like your shoes has the power to instantly make or break your overall look.
Aside from your usual choice of lip color, the Valentines season is the best time to experiment with different lip color. For that reason, I have here five lip colors which you can rock this Valentines.


First on the list is of course the classic red. This lip color is the equivalent of the little black dress. That is because everybody can rock the red lip color. There is a hidden power under the red lipstick too. Ever noticed what iconic girls/women use on their lips? If you're in doubt what color should you choose, choose red!If you're feeling 22, you know what color will suit you <3


I feel like pink is girls' most favored color when it comes to everyday makeup. I think that is because many girls feel safer in pink. I couldn't blame them because pink is such a lovely color to instantly look fresh and youthful. So if you want to look fresh and young on Valentines, choose your favorite pink lipstick and load it up on your lips. Try to choose a subtler shade because the bold ones might look too overwhelming for your date hehe


Orange is one of the lip colors that is hard to pull off.  Although orange lippies looks best for women with olive skin, everyone can use it. The technique in rocking this playful shade lies in choosing the right shade that will suit your skin color. Some shade will look too light or too dark when applied, so you have to be careful. Orange is actually too energetic and too wild to handle. If you think you are as wild, go for an orange lip color this Valentines. After all, orange is for the free. Don't you just love it when your lip scream freedom? I do! and that's the very reason why orange is my everyday lip color :)

It wasn't long ago when the nude lipsticks spread on the market like fire. A lot of celebrities and even normal girls wore the color. Think about Kim Kardashian and how flawless she look. It is indeed a beautiful shade that will make your natural beauty stand out. On this list, I'm skipping the nude lippie. However, I am recommending peach. Peach is somewhat a combination of nude and orange. Some girls aren't comfortable with the two lip colors, the solution? peach. Peach is the perfect shade if you want your natural beauty to stand out and at the same time brighten up your face. It will also make you look younger and more innocent so if you want the sweet child in you to take over, choose peach.




Recently many girls got crazy about the Kylie Jenner lips. Kylie is popular in rocking a deep brown and burgundy shade. However I feel like it's too bold to rock this lovely season, so to soften down the earth shade, I recommend using a shiny/ shimmery lippie instead of the matte ones. No need to worry if you don't have the shiny ones. You can always top your matte lipstick with any lip gloss. And there you are-ready to go! The rich brown color is the most suitable choice if you want to look instantly classy.
