Magnolia Chocolate Pancake
Last week, my sister bought two boxes of Magnolia Pancake Plus. I don’t know what got into her, because we don’t usually cook pancakes at home, even though we love them.
Pancakes are enjoyed all over the world. You can find countless pancake recipes, each with its own unique twist. They are a type of flat, sweet bread loved by people from different cultures.
Pancake recipes may vary, but they all share the same basic ingredients: flour, eggs, and milk. It’s up to you what toppings to add, but pancakes are always enjoyable to eat, especially when I’m the one making them.
Today, I’ll share how my sister and I made our Magnolia chocolate pancakes. We love Magnolia Pancake Mix because it produces aromatic, buttery results. Plus, it’s affordable and easy to find in supermarkets here in the Philippines. This recipe will also serve as a step-by-step guide if you haven’t made pancakes before.
Ingredients:
3. Heat your frying pan to a medium-low flame. This is important to avoid burning your pancakes. Then add a small amount of cooking oil to your frying pan. Be sure to add a small amount of cooking oil or a pat of butter so the pancakes won't stick.
4. Drop your desired amount of pancake mixture in the pan. Wait till the pancakes turn golden brown. Make sure both sides are cooked. Viola! Your pancake is done :)
5. Once your pancakes are cooked, you may now add your desired toppings. In our case, we added chocolate syrup as our topping. It's included in the Magnolia Pancake Plus package.
- One box of Magnolia Pancake plus ( contains a NO NEED TO SIFT powder mixture and a free Chocolate syrup.
- One large egg (not necessarily needed, but my sister wanted to add one)
- Cooking oil (if you want to go for a healthier option, you may use olive oil)
- One-two cups of water
Cooking materials:
