Healthy Creamy Corn

Hello everyone!

No, you're not lost this is still Tin's blog haha but today I'll show you another wave of post. It's been a long time since I blog a food recipe but today I'll be showing you one.

This is a recipe I wrote on my bullet journal a week ago but never had the chance to prepare. This one's not-so special but I personally think this is a good recipe to share since this is fairly delicious and healthy! Moreover, this is very easy and quick to prepare so doesn't matter if you're a newbie in the kitchen. You can do this! hehee

If you love something creamy without compromising your health, then this is the food for you. This is also perfect for days with "cuddle /sweater weather" hehe 

 INGREDIENTS:

1. Combine milk and a cup of corn, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend the ingredients for 1 minute. You may add 1 tbsp.sugar if you want or honey for a healthier choice.
2. Pour the ingredients in a bowl. Mix the remaining cup of corn.
3. Transfer everything to a cooking pot and heat on stove for 5 minutes. *In this part,you may also add water if you want.
4. Slice some spring onions to garnish your soup.
5. Serve hot.

Voila! now you have your own healthy and creamy corn soup!

Spell Sam

      Today is my best friend Sam's birthday. Sam is one of the most admirable girls I know. You know sometimes you have so many friends but you don't know which one is being true. I'm more than lucky because in that sense, Sam is one of the truest of the true friends I ever had! How lucky can a person be to have a friend who  doesn't only listens but also understands?

     Sam is simply amazing, she's got everything you want in a friend. She's only beautiful but also very smart. I love to do so many things with her like having a makeover sessions, photo shoots and movie marathons! Wahh! We're both movie junkies! lol 

     Since this is her day, I'll tell you something we share together! haha Love you fret! <3

• We call each other "fret" or "fretty". Don't know what does it mean exactly, but I think the closest meaning is "friends".
• Both of us are coffeemaniac! Coffee is the best drink for us.lol
• We've been friends ever since we were little girls. We were friends since we were in kindergarten! We're probably 4 or 5 yrs.old at that time and now we are 20!
• We went to the same schools ever since we started studying! (That's from kindergarten to college) Although we studied different degree programs in college.
• On our first jobs, we work for the same company.
• Sam and I are neighbors!
• Sam is short for Samantha while Tin is short for Cristine. hehe (just sharin')

Of course, my friendship with Sam isn't perfect. We used to fight a lot when we were kids 'cause we were still kids. lol. But now I'm very happy and proud of how we let each other grow and mature into dignified individuals. charot! 

Our friendship isn't the best in the world but it's 100% real and time tested. I'm looking forward for more years of friendship for the both of us.
