A shoot I did with my good friend Jongskie/kongkong last year.Yeah, I know it's really late to blog about this, but here goes nothing. haha. I actually forgot to do some touch-up with these photos and blog about this because of SCHOOL. Sorry, I know it's a kind of a lame reason but that's it.
I love everything about these photographs anyway so I scan my old files looking for these and decided to do some touch-up with these lovelies.
My friend Joanna a.k.a Jongskie looks really good in these photographs and for a frustrated photographer like me, it's rewarding to be able to take these photos. I'm so glad Joanna willingly let me took these photos and prepare her outfit for the shoot.
Summer just arrive so I'm looking forward for more shoots with my friends. Hope you guys like the photographs too.
Thank you for reading!

RED

the blood of a poet
the aura when we met
the hood of the little girl
the strawberry in our ice cream twirl

the luck of the Chinese
the circle in the flag of Japanese
the blush on my cheeks when we're together
the passion I feel when you say "forever"
the fire on my chest burning faster than ever
the haywire happening for a happy-ever-after

the song of Taylor Swift
the tide of the ocean when we adrift

the rose of Emily
the mask of death in Poe's story
the broken heart between you and me

Taken

Any printed top have received so much love by me. For no apparent reason, I find them very interesting and attractive. This outfit is probably one of the comfiest clothes I've worn.Perfect for a relaxed and laid back Friday to spend with your closest friends. The printed top is made of cotton which is something very comfty for the hot weather of our country, plus the Rottweiler print are really something. Does it look familiar to you?
Here's a clue:see here
Yep, the design is based from the original printed design of Givenchy a very popular (and expensive) clothing line. BUT, you wouldn't believe me if I'll tell you that I got mine from a local thrift shop here in Cebu. I guess I'm very lucky to found one then. :D
Here's a closer look of the Rottweiler print. I posted this one on my twitter account.

With a perfectly combined accessories, you're ready to go with this definitely unique and one-of-a-kind top. I actually wanna pull off the look by pairing it with a maong shorts, but before my meeting with my friends I have to check something in our school first, so???I mean we're not allowed to wear one. Wearing printed wedges was a brilliant idea, it's actually from my elder sister. She doesn't wear them anymore so I asked if her if I could borrow it. It's so comfy too! I never complained about my feet getting hurt. The fact that my friends and I walked for a long time. Animal prints always remains awesome.

This post might surprise you because I never updated my outfits here in blogger. I just got our Canon digital camera from my brother's keep. He had it for a long time and he just recently entrust it to me.hehehe I never had much confidence anyway.lol.

Oops...sorry for the vain shots taken! I actually just wanna have a close-up shot of my spikey earrings. My camera just won't cooperate :( but it's okay, it captures the shade of my lipstick. I'm wearing Autumn Breeze from Ever Bilena. I really, really love the shade. It's between orange and red, and it's matte.

DIY: Floral Hair Wreath

Hey guys! so lately I've been seeing fashionistas all over the net wearing what usually Saints wear-->WREATHs!  Exactly! Now, can you imagine yourself wearing one? I don't know if you'd want to but probably it may depend on your preference of style. Personally I think every girl looks gorgeous wearing one. Maybe because it floral hair wreaths have this power to give the one who wore it a romantic and enchanting look.
You don't really have to that gutsy to wear one in malls.lol. I believe floral hair wreaths can be very effective when used as props during photo shoots, weddings, costume parties and etc.
Basically the main reason why I'm making floral hair wreaths is because my friends and I decided to do a photo shoot (a post debut shoot for my "manghud" and a fashion shoot for CRAP JO) soon with them wearing the wreaths on their heads.

PwreathTTY Fashion
Some of my favorite fashion bloggers wearing floral hair wreaths  :)

Laureen Uy, my favorite Filipina fashion blogger.

Iga Wysocka .She's my favorite lookbook.nu fashion blogger. She's so pretty!!!

Anastasia Siantar, another fashion blogger from lookbook.nu. I love her! She's so pretty and her outfit's oh-so-awesome! You should check her out too :)
All photos are from Laureen,Iga and Anastasia's blog
If you'll try searching in any web search engines you'll find a lot of tutorials how to make one. I don't know how others did it or what stuffs they need to make one, but I might as well show you mine.
Here's my DIY Floral Hair Wreath tutorial :)

What you need:
For the assorted artificial flowers you can choose any colors and any size you want. My friends and I chose those flowers with complementary and sweet colors. (we did shop together) Well, they love girly colors like pink so what can I do? hehe We got them from a local fashion shop that sells various fashion needs like different accessories. If you're from Cebu City (like me) , we got them from Cebu Fashion. I got the tape covered wire from the same store as well. Actually it's just a very thin wire covered with a green colored tape, so if you can't find anything similar to that one I guess you could make your own. Just make sure the wire's very thin so that it would be easy for you to bend it in forming a circle for the wreath. Also, I prefer you choose the color green for the tape so that it would't look odd combined with the flowers.
I'm so sorry for the low photo quality, I took these photos using my sister's phone camera. I wanna show you here a clearer view of the flowers. Yep, those are Roses (my favorite :) You don't need to choose Roses too if you love Daisies, then choose Daisies. My friends and I decided to choose the flowers in tiny sizes too because we don't want to look ridiculous ? I don't whatever. haha
My friend Joanna chose these Coral Pink colored Rose buds. She really love pink.
I'm the one who insisted these Peach colored flowers not because it's my favorite color but because I want to add something neutral in the wreath. I don't want all the flowers to look so bold with such powerful colors like the coral pink above.
The most lovely among the flowers? I think so. I fell in love with these the moment I saw these babies. And hey!  these one's the most expensive.lol But I really love how it looked.So...
White colored roses for virginity.BOOM!haha
here's my baby brother , idk why this photo reminds me of Julius Cesar.lol I don't know if my brother's a faggot, he insist in trying on the wreath I just made and have a photo taken for him. I did his wish just to keep him shut his mouth.
What to do:
After you've gathered all the stuffs needed, you have to form the tape covered wire into a circle close to the size of your head first. You have to attached two separate wires first before you could add more. The two wire will be, shall we say the skeleton/pattern for your wreath.
All you have to do to attach the wires is to twist it in both sides until it's all attached an form into a circle. Afterwhich you can now add more layers of tape covered wires to strengthen the bond of the wreath. You now have your wreath, all you have to do now is to add the flowers.

Btw, the flowers I have had tiny wires on it so what I did is to twist those small wires to the circle formed tape covered wires.

Floral Hair Wreath:
Here's how it looked like once it's finished :) This one's not really finish, I have to add more flowers to make it more beautiful.

Illustrations I made inspired by the hair wreath:
I love her eyeshadow. This one's really from the hair wreath I made.
Made this one prior from the illustration above. This just proves that hair wreaths look beautiful in any sizes.
That's it
